FOR INTERESTED APPLICANTS, YOU:
- must be coming from any PUBLIC/GOVERNMENT SCHOOL accredited by the Department of Education.
- must pass the Qualifying Exam.
- must have a good moral character.
- must only take either of the following tracks: STEM, HUMSS, or ABM.
- must be willing to take the class schedule – 7:30AM to 5:00PM.
NOTES/REMARKS:
1.) ALL applicants will take the Qualifying Exams (QE) on April 12, 2025 with the following time slots:
- 8:00am
- 10:00am
- 1:00pm
- 3pm
Examination fee (payable during exam schedule) is Php 150.00.
2.) Slot reservation deadline (this form closes) is on MARCH 30, 2025 or depending on availability of the slots.
