Uploading of Payment
Please be advised to send your PROOF OF PAYMENT at http://payment.uic.edu.ph
Instructions:
- Click the “Payment Form” located on the upper right side of this site to fill out the payment information and wait for the form to load. See the screenshot below.
2. Complete all the information on the form.
3. For multiple attachments, please compress them into a zip file.
3. Files can be uploaded in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.
5. If the form doesn’t load, or if you encounter a “Sorry, unable to open the file at this time.” message, please log out of your Google/Gmail accounts or clear your browser’s cache and try again.
6. IMPORTANT: Specify the purpose of your payment accurately.
