The University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) invites you to prepare for the future of pharmaceutical care with our Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program!
The UIC PharmD Program is a post-baccalaureate degree program designed to enhance the competencies of licensed pharmacists in the fields of clinical pharmacy, research, and advanced pharmaceutical practice. It consists of two additional years of study beyond the 4-year BS in Pharmacy program or is a one-year additional study after the 5th year BS in Pharmacy major in Clinical Pharmacy.
Enrollment for the PharmD program begins on June 18, 2025, with classes commencing on July 7, 2025.
Requirements for Non-working Pharmacists
- 1. Photocopy of Board Rating (if Registered Pharmacist) (scanned copy)
- 3. Resume with picture (scanned copy)
- 2. Original Transcript of Records (scanned copy)
The first three (3) requirements must be submitted to pharmd@uic.edu.ph for the coordinator’s initial evaluation.
- 4. Original PSA Birth Certificate and Marriage Contract (if applicable)
- 5. Photocopy of PRC ID (If licensed RPh)
- 6. Photocopy of Board Certificate (if applicable)
- 7. If US – Visa holder – Photocopy of Passport
- 8. Honorable Dismissal
- 9. Good Moral Character
- 10. Two (2) pcs. of 2 x 2 Picture
Requirements for Working Pharmacists)
- 1. Certificate of Employment
- 2. Photocopy of Board Rating (scanned copy)
- 3. Original Transcript of Records (scanned copy)
- 4. Resume with picture (scanned copy)
- 5. Letter of endorsement from the direct supervisor permitting the student to study while employed

Enrollment Process
1. Submit Initial Documents:
- Email initial documents for evaluation to pharmd@uic.edu.ph
2. On-site enrollment
- Submit hardcopies of the original and photocopy of your requirements at the UIC Fr. Selga campus
3. One-on-one Interview:
- Applicants residing in the Philippines are required to complete the on-site interview on June 18, 2025
- Applicants residing outside the Philippines will have their interview conducted online starting June 18-20, 2025 at 9:00AM to 4:00PM.

4. Wait for Enrollment Approval:
- Notification will be sent once enrollment is approved.
5. Pay the Necessary Fees:
- Payment can be made online or onsite.
6. Confirmation of Enrollment:
- You will receive an email confirmation indicating that you are officially enrolled.
