The College of Computer Studies, in collaboration with Google Developer Groups On Campus UIC and the Society of Information Technology Education Students UIC, successfully conducted a workshop titled “Introduction to RAG and LLM” on December 3, 2024, at the ITRC, Fr. Selga Campus. The event featured Dr. Gregg Victor Gabison as the keynote speaker.
Spearheaded by Ms. Kristine Adlaon, the workshop aimed to delve into advancements in AI and machine learning, focusing on language models, reinforcement learning, and the formulation of policies surrounding AI use.
