Here are the qualifications for each position:

Administrative Assistant
> Bachelor’s Degree holder
> At least six (6) months of secretarial experience
> Adequate technical competence
> Good human relations

Registrar Staff
> Bachelor’s Degree holder
> At least three (3) years or with sufficient experience in the management of student records and supervisory work
> Adequate technical competence
> Good human relations and effective leadership

Finance Staff
> Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration major in Financial Management
> With one (1) year work experience
> Adequate technical competence
> Good human relations and effective leadership

Guidance Staff
> Bachelor’s degree holder in Guidance and Counseling or Psychology, preferably with a Master’s Degree in Counseling
> At least one (1) year experience in Guidance and Counseling
> Has adequate counseling skills and competencies, genuine interest in the welfare of others, and has good human relations.

Laboratory Staff
> Bachelor’s degree holder
> With adequate training in science
> Adequate technical competence
> Good human relations

Campus Minister
> Bachelor’s Degree holder
> At least (1) one year experience in Campus Ministry work
> Adequate technical competence
> Good human relations and spiritual leadership

Graphic Designer
> Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information System / Information Technology, preferably with NCIII in Visual Graphic Design
> at least one (1) year satisfactory work experience related to the job
> Adequate technical competence, good human relations, and effective leadership

Systems Developer
> Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information System / Information Technology
> At least two (2) years satisfactory work experience related to the job
> Adequate technical competence, good human relations, and effective leadership
