UIC Online Enrollment Portal opens on May 16, 2022, in ALL LEVELS!!!

Please complete the online enrollment application and upload the required documents

3. PAY

  • Wait for the confirmation message from the Admission and Marketing office (sent to your registered email) and pay on-site or to our payment partners.
  •  For the complete list of payment centers, you may check them out here: https://www.uic.edu.ph/updated-payment-centers/
  • If you will pay throughout payment partners, make sure to upload your receipt to the UIC Payment Portal. Carefully read the instructions on the page, fill out all the details, and upload a copy of the receipt.

Enrollment is here and we know that there are so many things that you need to remember. So, we narrowed it down to these frequently asked questions.

  1. HOW TO ENROLL?
    You may enroll online thru https://enrollment.uic.edu.ph/ or you may come to the Fr. Selga (Bangkerohan) Campus
  2. HOW MUCH IS THE TUITION FEE?
    To know our fees from Kindergarten to Post Graduate studies, you may call the Cashier’s office at (082) 221-8090 local 116 or 09157934851 / 09686199668
  3. WILL THERE BE AN ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR SHS / COLLEGE?
    This coming academic year, there will be NO ENTRANCE EXAMS. You may enroll directly!
  4. WHAT SCHOLARSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?
    UIC is offering a Special Academic Scholarship Grant.The grant has the following provisions:80% tuition fee discount for students who has a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 95% and above with no grades lower than 90% in all academic subjects including PE subjects;

    40% tuition fee discount for students who has a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 92% and above with no grades lower than 90% in all academic subjects including PE subjects; and

    Students who wish to avail of the grant must come from a school with at least eighty (80) graduates/completers in the batch.

  5. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
    Our main campus is located at Fr. Selga Street, Brgy 5-A, Davao City. It is also commonly known as the UIC Bankerohan Campus.
  6. WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
    We are open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon.
  7. WILL YOU HAVE FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES?
    For our College Department, there will be limited face-to-face during the 1st semester but only for selected essential laboratory courses and exams. In the 2nd semester, we will have a HyFlex setup.
  8. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS?
    Here are the following requirements you need to prepare if you are an incoming first-year student:
    • FORM 138 (SHS Report Card)
    • Original PSA
    • Clear whole body picture (Short Sleeves)
    • Good Moral Certificate
  9. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR TRANSFEREES?
    Here are the following requirements you need to prepare if you are a transferee:
    • Transcript of Record (TOR)
    • Honorable Dismissal
    • Original PSA
    • Clear whole body picture (Short Sleeves)
  10. HOW MUCH IS THE DOWNPAYMENT / ENROLLMENT FEE?
    For College, Graduate, and Post-Graduate studies, the downpayment fee is ₱5,000. For the Basic Education Department, please get in touch with the Cashier’s office at (082) 221-8090 local 116 or 09157934851 / 09686199668.
  11. WHEN WILL THE CLASSES START?
    Classes for the Academic Year 2022-2023 are as follows:
    BASIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT – August 1, 2022
    COLLEGE DEPARTMENT – August 8, 2022
    GRADUATE & POST GRADUATE STUDIES: classes will be in AUGUST (final date to be announced soon)
