The University of the Immaculate Conception once more secured an impressive standing in the board examination given in August 2017. Three graduates made it to the top ten: Glenn Charls L. Buelis placed second with a grade of 90.80%; Caryl Blen A. Pardillo was fifth with a grade of 90.50% and Camela Mae A. Northrup bagged ninth place with a 90.10%.

The UIC medical technologists had an overall performance of  96.83%.  According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) a total of 4,821 out of 5,661 examinees passed the exams. The licensure examinations were administered by the PRC Board of Medical Technology on August 26-27, 2017 at PRC testing centers in Manila, Baguio. Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Tuguegarao.

This most recent achievement is in keeping with  UIC’s tradition of excellence in all its academic programs.
