Leonie Dalisay Mustrada edged as Top 6 with an average rating of 87.00% over the 23,378 Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T.) – Elementary Level September 2016 passers. The said examination was given last September 25, 2016, in Hong Kong and 25 testing centers all over the Philippines by the Board for Professional Teachers.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT) announced that out of 77,466 examinees only 23,378 elementary teachers (33.78%) successfully passed the (L.E.T.). Out of 23,378 passers, 21,896 were first timers and 1,482 were repeaters.
